Directly from you — only when you reach out. If you use the contact form, it opens your email application with a pre-filled message; nothing is sent to or saved on this website. When you email us or message us on Instagram, we receive whatever you include — typically your name, your email address or social handle, and your message.

Automatically — almost nothing. This site has no analytics, pixels, or advertising cookies. Like any website, though, when your browser loads our pages our hosting and network provider (Cloudflare) may record standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability. We also load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your IP address when a page loads.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you send us for one purpose: to reply to you and handle whatever you contacted us about — for example, reserving a bottle or answering a question. That's it.

4. Placing an order

We do not sell through this website. Orders are arranged personally over Instagram DM or email. Any details you share to complete an order (such as your name and shipping address) are used only to fulfil that order and are handled directly by us.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. If you reach us through Instagram or TikTok, those platforms process your data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

We do not set cookies and do not use analytics or tracking of any kind on this site.

7. Children

Our products and site are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If you are a California resident, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you (in practice, this is generally just the emails or messages you have sent us), request a copy, or ask us to delete it.
